(a condensed version of my gleanings / research online!)

1. Scalp Massage

One of the best ways to improve your hair’s growth and volume is by
improving the blood circulation in the scalp area. The easiest way to
achieve this is by massaging your scalp. By massaging your scalp a few
times a day, you will be able to improve the blood flow in the scalp
area. This will directly increase the quality as well as quantity of
the nutrients received by the hair follicles needed for better hair
growth.

2. Herbal Therapy

Herbal therapy can work very well if you use the right herbs. Based on
my experience the best herbs that you can use to stop further loss of
hair are nettle roots, pygeum, saw palmetto and horsetail extracts.

These herbs can help a lot in your hair loss condition because they
contain natural and potent DHT inhibiting substances. Other than that,
often times these herbs also contain high level of nutritional value.

3. Your Diet

Your hair depends on what you put into your mouth every day to
maintain or improve its vitality and growth as well as appearance. It
goes without saying that your diet can have a very significant effect
on the growth and volume of your hair.

In my opinion, by adjusting your diet to a better and more nutritious
one, you will be able to provide a consistent nourishment for the hair
follicles. Here are a list of the best dieting tips for better hair
growth:

* Say no to crash diets. Any diet that deprives you of calories
and protein is bad for the vitality of your hair.
* Eat in more fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain
high amounts of vitamins and minerals which play a part in the
production of your hair.
* Protein is important and I believe the best source of protein is soy.
1.

Eat a diet rich in vitamins and minerals to keep your hair
healthy and boost growth. The condition of your hair will reflect the
condition of your body, so if you are healthy and well nourished it
shows in beautiful, shiny hair. Supplement your diet with lots of raw
fruits and vegetables, particularly green and yellow vegetables rich
in beta-carotene, vitamin A and B Vitamins, active agents essential to
hair growth.
2.

Add healthy proteins to your diet, as hair literally is protein.
Great food sources for protein include brewer’s yeast, fish, beans,
yogurt, soy and eggs. Protein will not only strengthen your hair, but
improves hair growth.
3.

Reduce factors that may inhibit hair growth. Constant stress can
impede hair growth, so practicing meditation and relaxation techniques
as well as getting plenty of sleep can aid your body in stimulating
hair growth. Some medications are known to stop or slow the hair from
growing, so speak to your doctors about the side effects of your
medication and alternative options. Other factors, such as caffeine,
sugar and excess fat in your diet can weaken your body and effect hair
growth.
4.

Massage your scalp gently for a few minutes every day to
stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles, improving hair growth. You
can purchase electric massagers made for the face and scalp that can
be relaxing and helpful for hair growth.
5.

Add essential oils of ylang ylang and lavender to your shampoo,
conditioner and hair care products. As a general rule, add 1 drop of
each oil to every 2 oz. of product. These oils not only have a
beautiful aroma, but gently stimulate the hair follicles, aiding in
hair growth.
6.

Moisturize your scalp with a few teaspoons of jojoba oil,
particularly if you are predisposed to conditions such as psoriasis,
seborrhea, eczema and dandruff. Native American Indians of the
Southwestern United States have used jojoba oil for centuries as a
natural method to promote hair growth. Jojoba oil is hypoallergenic
and is the perfect hair moisturizer, as it resembles the hairs own
natural oil.
7.

Make your own natural shampoo from aloe vera, which can help
clear blockages in the pores of the scalp and balance the pH level of
your hair, two factors which improve hair growth. Another common
recipe of the Native American Indians, mix equal amounts of wheat germ
oil, aloe vera and coconut milk and use the mixture just like any
other shampoo.
try these remedies too..
Coconut Oil:
Coconut oil has been an effective traditional remedy for treating hair
loss. It contains oleic acid, palmitic, acid and lauric acid. These
substance promotes healthy hair growth and help build healthy hair
follicles. Healthy hair follicles produce healthy hair shafts. Coconut
oil is used in several ways, but using coconut oil without mixing
other stuffs is beneficial. Massage your scalp with coconut oil and
wash it off at morning. It is one of the best way of stopping thinning
hair loss. It not only promotes hair growth but it keeps your hair
shiny and healthy.

Almond Oil:
Almond oil is an effective emollient, moisturizer and antioxidant.
Almond oil deeply penetrates into the scalp and nourishes your hair
follicles. It lubricates dry hair follicles and hair shafts and
reduces scaly appearance of the scalp. It contains vitamins and
nutrients essential for healthy hair growth. Aromatherapists have long
been used almond oil for aromatherapy and lubricating the skin. It is
also the ingredient of many over the counter hair loss or baldness
remedies. Massage the scalp with almond oil before few hours of
washing. Though these treatment options are effective and successful,
they does take few months to show positive results.

Milk and Honey:
Though milk and honey are very common regular food stuffs, they are
essential for healthy body and hair growth. Milk contains numerous
essential proteins, minerals and zinc needed for healthy growth of
your body. Honey is an antioxidant that removes free radicals from
your body. Accumulation of free radicals causes a great destruction of
hair follicles. Therefore, milk provides hair follicles with nutrients
and minerals, and honey protects your body against harmful by products
(free radicals) with its strong antioxidant. Include milk and honey in
your diet. Take at least 3 glasses of milk mixed with a teaspoonful of
honey. It tastes good and yields long term benefits.

Conclusion:
Hair loss can be treated easily with herbal home remedies at its early
stages but if it aggravates, it is very hard to combat it with home
remedies. Though there are hundreds of home remedies available, but
each address a particular causes. At home, without proper, diagnosis,
you can not assesses what causes hair loss in your case. At this
juncture, use these most common home remedies that are traditionally
safe and effective for treating common hair loss. Coconut oil, almond
oil and milk and honey are effective hair loss remedies available
easily. They are the safest and easiest to use. These remedies will
not show any positive result the second day of use. Keep on using it,
and after at least a month, you may notice a significant and drastic
difference.

1.

Decrease the intake of refined foods. Keep in mind that junk
food slows new cell growth.
2.

Know that Vitamins C and E increase scalp circulation and
support hair growth. B Complex vitamins and Vitamin F also aid in hair
growth.
3.

Blend green leafy vegetables, carrots and alfalfa sprouts. This
juice contains high levels of the vitamins needed for hair growth.
4.

Use apple cider vinegar as a hair rinse to clear dead skin cells
from hair follicles. Wash the hair with natural products to avoid
further residue build-up.
5.

Understand that jalapeño peppers seeped in vodka and later mixed
with castor oil promote hair growth when massaged into the scalp for a
few minutes. Shampoo as usual when finished.
6.

Lie on a slanted bench or turn head up side down for a few
minutes everyday to promote circulation. This stimulates the scalp and
supports hair growth.

Listed below are 5 different things you can do right now to regain hair loss.

1) Change Your Diet – There is a big possibility that what you’re
eating affects the health of your hair. Assess all the food you eat
and make sure you eat food rich in vitamin b complex and amino acid.

Also, if you are currently in some kind of diet, it’s possible that
the sudden change in nutrients is causing you to lose hair.

2) Lessen Stressful Situations – This is probably one thing that many
of you know about. Stress releases hormones that affects the quality
and state of your mind, your skin and of course your hair.

As much as possible, lessen the stressful things surrounding your life
right now. At times, when this is impossible, then learn to practice
ways to actually destress. Do yoga, exercise regularly or learn how to
meditate.

3) Take Vitamins for hair loss – There are known vitamins and
nutrients that directly affect your hair. And when your body does not
have enough of these nutrients, your hair also suffers. If you’re hair
is thinning, and you think it is because of depletion of vitamins, it
is possible to regain hair loss by taking these vitamins in supplement
form or by eating fruit, vegetables and nuts rich in these vitamins.

The vitamins most known to help with hair growth are biotin,
beta-carotene, panthenol and vitamin c. You can also try flaxseed oil
which is rich in omega 3 and 6.

4) Take hair regrow pills- If you’ve tried all of the above but you’re
still losing hair, then it’s time to take hair regrow supplement.
These pills are specifically designed to regain hair loss and many
research studies have shown the efficacy of these products.

1. Stress

Stress is notoriously known for being a huge factor in many diseases,
including baldness and thinning hair. Excessive stress can directly
disrupt your body’s hormonal system and as a result, your body will
produce more hair-follicle-killing DHT.

If your lifestyle and work environment is a very stressful and
competitive one, I advise that you start taking actions to lower and
control the amount of stress you deal with everyday. You will be able
to live a more fulfilling and wonderful life that way.

2. Minoxidil

Minoxidil is the first FDA approved drug for the purpose of treating
and reversing hair loss. If you can deal with the stickiness of the
solution, then you should most definitely use it. Minoxidil has the
unique capability to stimulate hair regrowth. You can expect results
in as soon as a couple of weeks after using minoxidil.

3. Scalp Massage

Massage your scalp a few times a day. One of the major triggers of
hair loss is poor blood circulation in the scalp area, according to
the experts. The easiest way to improve blood flow in your scalp area
is by giving it a few massage everyday.

As a result of massaging your head a few times a day, you will be able
to improve your hair’s growth and quality.

4. Herbal Supplements

Herbs have been used for thousands of years to treat and deal with
illnesses. Many people have questioned whether or not herbs can be
used to treat baldness. The answer for that question is a positive
“yes”. By using certain proven herbs, you will be able to stop and
prevent hair loss, and if your condition has not lasted for more than
5-10 years, then you will have a good chance of recovering your lost
hair.

Some of the best herbs for hair loss are nettle roots, pygeum and saw palmetto.

Regain Hair Tip # 1 – Don’t Cut your Hair Thin

One good advice is not to cut your hair very thin. This will lessen
the thickness and the strength of your hair. Although this won’t
really cause your hair to fall out, but if you have already lost a
hundreds of hair strands, don’t make it look thinner by cutting your
hair even more.

Regain Hair Tip # 2 – Do not Style Your Hair Too Much

Do not style your hair too much with hair styling products. This will
also cause your hair to decrease its strength. Hair styling products
such as gels and hair sprays have harmful chemicals that can cause
loosening the strength of the hair roots. These can even do harm to
your scalp if you often use these products regularly.

Regain Hair Tip # 3 – Don’t Worry Too Much

Always keep yourself relaxed. If you are working too much, you have to
learn how to manage stress. One way of managing stress is not thinking
too much. Many of us know that stress can cause our hair to thin. This
is because of the vitamins and minerals that are taken away from us by
working like a dog and worrying too much like it’s the end of the
world.

Even worrying too much about your hair loss can even worsen the
situation. Think about it, you begin to lose hair and then you always
think about what will happen next. What are the consequences of
worrying too much? You lose even more and more hair. So just do not
worry about it because you will eventually find the solution by making
an action to find the right treatment and not by thinking or worrying
too much. There are many ways to initiate hair growth. There are
natural remedies that can help you regain the hundreds of hair strands
that you have lost.

Regain Hair Tip # 4 – Eat Nutritious Food

What we eat always plays a big role for the health and condition of
our hair. Eating food full of nutrients will help to regain back the
hair strands that we have lost. Among the food can stimulate hair
growth are almonds and tuna fish.

Almonds have high amounts of magnesium that our hair needs. Magnesium
is one mineral that can help the regeneration of the hair. Tuna, on
the other hand, is known to have proteins that our hair needs.

Now some Mantras that never fail!!

The Gayatri Mantra is a highly revered mantra in Hinduism, second only to the mantra Om. It consists of the prefix : oṃ bhūr bhuvaḥ svaḥ ॐ भूर्भुवस्वः, a formula taken from the Yajurveda, and the verse 3.62.10 of the Rigveda (which is an example of the Gayatri mantra). Since all the other three Vedas contain much material rearranged from the Rig Veda, the Gayatri mantra is found in all the four Vedas. The deva invoked in this mantra is Savitr, and hence the mantra is also called Sāvitrī. In Atharva Veda, the Gayatri mantra is different from the regular Gayatri mantra.

By many Hindus, the Gayatri is seen as a Divine awakening of the mind and soul, and within it a way to reach the most Supreme form of existence, and the way to Union with Brahman. Understanding, and purely loving the essence of the Gayatri Mantra is seen by many to be one, if not the most powerful ways to attain God.

Word-by-word explanation:-

* om The sacred sound, see Om.
* bhū ‘earth’
* varenyam ‘Fit to be worshipped’ varenya- ‘desirable, excellent’

see there is nothing that can be done if there is a loss of hair ,but if you check it in the initial stages there are ayurvedic and homeopathic oils,yoga and

I am a yoga instructor too so i recommend!

Surya Namaskara or Salutation to the Sun comprises of twelve postures practiced along with rhythmic breathing and prayerful contemplation of the divine power. The Sun, deity of health and long life being the most effulgent and life-giving force for this planet, forms the visible representation of the invisible Almighty. Suryanamaskar or Salutation to the Sun is a prayer in motion that allows us to use the body as an instrument of higher awareness, so that we can receive wisdom and knowledge. The practice of Sun Salutation Yoga Pose (Surya Namaskar / Suryanamaskara) is considered to be deepened when the accompanying mantras and chakra awareness meditation are performed in each position.

In reality the outer Sun is a token of our own “Inner Sun”, which corresponds to our own “Inner Sun”, which corresponds to our Subtle or Spritiual, heart. The heart is the seat of consciousness and higher wisdom (jnana) and in some traditions, the domicile of the embodied self (jivatama).

The practice of Surya Namaskar or Salutation to the Sun should be mastered by first getting familiar with the Yoga asana / posture individually and then understanding the whole set of yoga postures. Synchronizing the breath with the movements is the next step. When this is achieved, it will be found that the breathing sequence complements the postures.

Sequence of Sun Salutation Yoga Poses (Surya Namaskar / SuryaNamaskara)

One complete round of Surya Namaskar consists of 24 asanas.

1. Pranamasana (prayer pose)
2. Hasta Uttanasana (Arms stretched posture)
3. Padahastasana (hands to legs Posture)
4. Ashwa sanchalanasana (Equestrian Posture)
5. Bhudharasana (balancing pose)
6. Ashtanga Namaskara (Salutation with eight limbs)
7. Bhujangasana (Cobra posture)
8. Parvatasana (Mountain posture)
9. AshwaSanchalanasana (Equestrian posture)
10. Padahastasana (Hand to foot posture)
11. Hastauttanasana (Raised arm posture)
12. Pranamasana (Salutation posture)

The above postures constitute half a round of Suryanamaskara, to complete the other half; same movements will be performed with little variations.

Benefits of the Sun Salutation Yoga Pose (Surya Namaskar / Suryanamaskara)

Practice of regular Surya Namaskar reduces fat, brings flexibility to the spine and limbs and increases the breathing capacity. Sun Salutation Yoga Pose gives mild exercises to leg and arm muscles and ensures good circulation of blood. At the same time, the sun’s life giving rays play on person’s body, sucking away the toxins along with perspiration, invigorating circulation and imparting life to the human organism, the life that the Sun alone can give.

Sun Salutation Asana lends grace and ease of movements to the body. Suryanamaskara revives and maintains the spirit of youthfulness, tones up nervous system and improves memory, produces health, strength, efficiency and longevity. Surya Namaskar Asana has a deep effect in detoxifying the organs through copious oxygenation and has a deeper relaxing effect. It is advised to rest in Savasana (Corpse Pose) soon after the practice of Sun Salutation yoga postures for effecting benefits.

…and a choice more mantras!

Hair Growth or regrowth can occur at at any given time. Hair follicles
remain alive and ready to resume normal hair production when they
receive the appropriate signal, so it is important to focus on sending
your follicles the signals they require on a regular basis. A mantra
is a sound, syllable, word, or group of words that are considered
capable of “creating transformation” or in this case, a signal.
Mantras can be said out loud or repeated as a thought at any given
time throughout the day.

This Mantra is for Surya dosha ,eye related problems,hair loss ,respect
and loss of respect .This mantra rectifies all these problems.

Om Tryambakam: The 3-eyed One i.e. Lord Shiva
Yajaamahe: We all worship
Sugandhim: Full of Fragrance
Pushti: Strength
Vardhanam: One who increases
Urvaa: Ripe cucumber
Arukam: Ready to be plucked
Eva: Just like
Mrityo: Of death
Muksheeya: Bestower of salvation
Ma: Never

Om! We worship Lord Shiva (The 3-Eyed One) who is full of fragrance
and who nourishes all beings; may He liberate me from death, bestow
salvation and (lead me) towards Eternity (Make me immortal) just as
the ripe cucumber is severed (from the creeper) of its bondage.
Tips on using Mantras For Hair Growth

* Start with one or two mantras at a time and see what works for you.
* Begin with intention – visualize the hair or hair style that you
would like to have.
* The first few times focus on the mantra and have it fixed it
your mind. See what comes to mind as you focus on the affirmation. If
anything negative arises – go there and question it. There may be
something there that is holding not only our hair regrowth back, but
perhaps other parts of your life.
* Once your mantra presents you with clear and positive images,
let go of the images and focus only on the repetition. You may find it
easier to use your breath while repeating affirmations as you get
started.
* When you are comfortable with your mantra(s), use them at
different intervals throughout the day, repeating at least twice each
time.

As you become more experienced using affirmations, they will become
automatic. You may find yourself driving in the car or the grocery
store and suddenly take notice of what is going on in your head. Once
you have set the intention of your mantra, it will work on its own
speed – you just have to be mindful to use the repetition at different
times throughout the day. Remember, in order for an mantra to work,
you must first set the intention, focus on it and then let it go and
believe that it will manifest.

4 Word Mantras (affirmations)

* I have healthy hair
* Shiny, long, silky hair
* My hair is growing
* My hair is long (curly, healthy, use your own adjective here)
* I love my hair
* I have abundant hair
* Love my hair regrowth

These are some suggestions for mantras – they are simple, but
effective. Play around with them and personalize them to your liking,
keeping them easy to remember and repeat. Use them in conjunction with
meditation to become even more effective

Use Moti shankh. In evening put a moti shankh in a small coper vassel
and in morning massage your head with that water. This will solve your
problem.

SURYA /SUN

” AUM HREEM HREEM SURYAAYA NAMAH.” THESE MANTRAS SHOULD BE REPEATED AT
LEAST 108 TIMES A WEEK, PREFERABLY ON A SUNDAY, DURING THE DAY (AT
DAWN, NOON OR SUNSET).

Surya Gayatri Mantra: Aum Asva dhvajaya vidmahe, pasa hastaya dhimahi,
tanno suryah prachodayat.

THE OTHER MANTRA: AUM BHASKARAYA VIDMAHE MAHADYUTIKARAYA DHEEMAHI,
TANNA ADITYAH PRACHODAYAT.

NOTE:

RECITE THE ABOVE MANTRA FOR 7000 TIMES WITHIN 30 DAYS. ONCE RECITATION
IS STARTED THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY BREAK TILL THE RECITATION ARE
COMPLETE. DO SURYA NAMASKAR EVERYDAY EARLY IN THE MORNING.

Always remember this!

“Men often become what they believe themselves to be. If I believe I
cannot do something, it makes me incapable of doing it. But when I
believe I can, then I acquire the ability to do it even if I didn’t
have it in the beginning.”

I can’t fight when my wings are broken
I can’t fly when the sky is cold and dark
I can’t feel the pain attacking, when I’m always down
This hole is dark and holding my broken bones of glass
I’m screaming in silence for salvation
Won’t you pull me out?

by me
x

I am–yet what I am no one cares or knows;
My friends forsake me like a memory lost:
I am the self-consumer of my woes–
They rise and vanish in oblivious host,
Like shades in love’s frenzied stifled throes
And yet I am, and live–like vapors tossed

Into the nothingness of scorn and noise,
Into the living sea of waking dreams,
Where there is neither sense of life nor joys,
But the vast shipwreck of my life’s esteems;
Even the dearest, that I loved the best
Are strange – nay, rather stranger than the rest.

I long for scenes where man hath never trod
A place where woman never smiled or wept
There to abide with my creator, God,
And sleep as I in childhood sweetly slept,
Untroubling, and untroubled where I lie
The grass below – above the vaulted sky.

I am a chef and a bike rider in my mind
I wonder why there is not world peace
I hear about the hurricane
I see myself cooking
I WANT CHOCOLATE
I am a chef and a bike rider in my mind
I pretend flying through the stars
I feel the joy of my cousins when i am with them
I touch the stars when I improve on my cooking
I worry about my cousins
I cry when I see the hurricane reports
I am a chef and a bike rider in my mind
I understand when I am doing good
I say ALIENS ARE ATTACKING
I dream of suger every where
I try at my math
I hope nikki gets better
I am a chef and bike rider in my mind

Promises are a lie

are only created to justify

Only secretly in one?s mind

That they are not living a lie

And can make another one blind

Promises make you cry

If broken can offer heartbreak

The greatest, intense pain

Presentation phony and fake

Foolish feeling and ashamed

Promises always die

Should never, ever be made

Right from the very start

One can feel totally betrayed

And this can rip a beautiful heart

Am I Pretty Enough Now?

…
I once knew this girl,
she loved this boy oh so much,
finally one day,
she got the courage to tell him,
exactly how she felt.
…
Only to find out,
that the boy didn’t like her in that way,
and everyday she would ask him why?
then one day,
he told her the reason,
he said’Because your not pretty! ‘.
…
She sat there,
after he left,
crying her heart out,
then her mom calls,
says’sweetheart, come home a few hours early’.
…
So on that faithful day,
she comes home early,
goes in the bathroom,
and knows exactly what she’s going to do,
finally a few hours later,
her mom comes home,
only to find….
…
The hallway flooded,
she goes in the bathroom,
water over flowing,
tinted red,
and finds her daughter laying in the tube,
cuts on her face and wrists.
…
She runs out the bath,
screaming going to call the cops,
when she notice’s something written on the mirror,
and it says’Am I Pretty Enough Now? ‘.
…
I know this tale is sad,
but here’s what you can learn,
no matter who you are,
boy or girl,
don’t put anyone in this situation,
cuz you’ll end up living with this thought,
for the rest of your life……
: : end: :

All that I am”

I see your golden road as
I lay down on your rocky path
Broken and bloodied I give me to u
Beaten and lifeless
A shell, an empty corpse
Darkness resides deep inside me
I’m lost without you
Voiceless and lost without you
Crying and dying without you
Spirits gotta soar, your children gotta live
What’s left for the spiritual orphans?
Lost souls, blinded and searching.
Our blood spilling into the cracked surfaces of your road
Crawling your way, feeling nothingness
Silently screaming in pain as shadows swallow us whole
With every cut on my skin I bleed rivers and cry oceans
With every suicide I screamed your name
And needed you more with every rain
Laid in the arms of bathroom floors
Walked the fence between life in false realities
Death in darkened closets.
Bleed out all my transgressions like a stuck pig
I need more.
More than blood, more than tears
I followed the broken pieces of me to you.
I’m so lost, so dead, so icy
Give me a sign
I’m so lost
Give me a hand
I’m so lost
I give you all that I am
I lay down on your rocky path
Broken and bloodied I give you all that I am
Beaten and lifeless
A shell, an empty corpse
Filled with darkness
Eyes glassy with tears, crimson and pleading
Take all that I am
Death and all of my flaws
Bruised and weak
I need you
All that I am is lost in forests
Trees stained with blood
Mud damp with tears
Dank with the smell of broken worlds
Broken bones
Broken dreams
No hope
No desire
Our existence is fractionally status quo
Withered and weak
Crawling through the broken glass of our lives
Scared knees, eyes puffy from crying
We want life from you.
I lay on your rocky road
Bleeding into the cracks
Crying in to the mud
No more to give
Take All of Me
All that I am.

I Am

I am: yet what I am none cares or knows,
My friends forsake me like a memory lost;

~Who Am I~

Which speck within the void
carries my very essence
the entity that will be known as me
what out there holds my presence
~~~
Was I born before the wind
and conceived before time
Searching the universe for answers
to questions I’ve yet to find
~~~
Am I a star that will go suddenly nova
then will disappear high in the night
Or an ember that glows brightest
just before vanishing out of sight
~~~
Am I an illusion, mirage or fallacy
or a dream that someone had
Is it all done with smoke and mirrors
will the answers make me sad
~~~
Could I be another streaking meteor
as across the sky I soar
Or that bright twinkle in a star
that burned out a thousand years before
~~~
I know I am an old soul
from some ancient forgotten place
Who keeps returning again and again
through the mists of time and space
So each time the universe tilts
and the planets are all aligned
Will I be that unknown anomaly
passing through one more time
I am a soldier, a prayer warrior, of the army of my God.
The Lord Jesus Christ is my Commanding Officer.
The Holy Bible is my code of conduct.
Faith, Prayer and the Word are my weapons of warfare.
I have been taught by the Holy Spirit, trained by experience,
tried by adversity, and tested by fire.
I am a volunteer in this army, and I am enlisted for eternity.
I will either retire in this army at the Rapture or die in this Army;
but I will not get out, sell out, be talked out.
I am faithful, capable, and dependable.
If my God needs me, I am there.
I am a soldier, a prayer warrior. I am not a baby.
I do not need to be pampered, petted, primed up, pumped up, picked up, or pepped up.
I am a soldier, a prayer warrior.
No one has to call me, remind me, write me, visit me, entice me, or lure me.
I am a solider, a prayer warrior. I am not a wimp.
I am in place, saluting my King, obeying His orders, praising His name
and building His Kingdom!
I am a soldier, a prayer warrior.
No one has to send me flowers, gifts, food, cards, candy, or give me handouts.
I do not need to be cuddled, cradled, cared for, or catered to.
I am committed.
I cannot have my feelings hurt bad enough to turn me around.
I cannot be discouraged enough to turn me aside.
I cannot lose enough to cause me to quit.
I am a tiny angel; I’m smaller than your thumb,
I live in people’s pockets; that’s where I have my fun,
I don’t suppose you’ve seen me; I too tiny to detect,
Though I’m with you all the time, I doubt we’ve ever met.
Before I was an angel; I was a fairy in a flower,
GOD, himself, handpicked me and gave me Angel power.
Now GOD has many Angels that he trains in angel pools,
We become his eyes, ears & hands; we become his special tools.
And because GOD is so busy; with way too much to do,
He said that my assignment is to keep close watch on you.
When he tucked me in your pocket; he blessed you with Angel Care,
Then told me to never leave you and I vowed always to be there.
I am a broken arrow
But certainly a surprise
Quite a sight for sore eyes
I’ll be proud in the moment
But he’ll rip me apart
And curse the investment
“Oh what a waste!” he’ll exclaim
We’ll pretend it was my fault
So he doesn’t have to hurt
I lie on the ground
As he lies to himself
I am broken; he is mistaken
But we won’t tell anyone that last part
Why is it that im still protecting you?
I see myself in you
I invested just as much as you
Yet it seems I’ve paid much more
Isn’t that the way it goes
Seems I’ve drawn the short straw here
But you threw it atop the camels back.
It took two to take this ship down
But you’ve fled the scene
And left me to tell the tale of us
I promise ill do it justice
We shared a vow of love; an oath of truth
Guilty; on one count of perjury
I am funny and shy.
I am funny and shy.
I pretend to be a singer in my mirror.
I feel like I can fly.
I worry about getting lost from my family.
I cry when my dad is not around.
I am funny and shy.
I understand that I change everyday.
I say “God is real.”
I dream funny and sad dreams.
I try to do my best with everything.
I hope my family will get back together again.
I am funny and shy.
I know I haven’t been an easy child,
But love for you lies underneath my whims;
There is no way I could be tame or mild:
I need sometimes to shout and wave my limbs.
You’re the wall I need to test my height,
The countervailing force to test my strength,
The chain I hammer at with all my might,
Even though you have increased its length.
It’s tough, I know, to be both Mom and Dad,
To raise me all alone, just hit or miss;
To have to play at once good cop and bad,
And give me grief before my goodnight kiss.
But love against the odds is stronger still:
I need your fierce, proud love, and always will.
